Tenant Placement /Full Property Management

Tenant has no direct contact with investor all calls/issues are routed to Property Management

Cost is 1 months rental fee: typically we would collect the security deposit (no upfront funds from investor with this option) Monthly cost is 8% of the rental fee *

Encourage lease renewal (average tenant duration is 3-4years)enforce lease agreement

Request rental increase to HUD after 1st year lease agreement (@10 month mark)

Registered member of the Texas State Bar​

Locate and place a tenant in the unit on a 1yr lease agreement and process all necessary forms for HUD acceptance

Collect and enforce rental payments from both Housing as well as tenant and forward over funds to investor

Evaluate any property maintenance at no additional cost for estimate or try to asses “cause”
​

Provide and/or locate a contractor to perform necessary maintenance on the unit (typically a lower cost than outside vendors)​
